Bloomora uses your device language and region settings to tailor results. We do not access GPS data or precise location information. This information is processed locally on your device and is not collected by us.
1.3 App Activity (Local Only)
Recent plant identifications, plant health results, and landscaping proposals are stored locally on your device only. This information is not uploaded or shared externally.
1.4 Diagnostics
If enabled by your device or platform, anonymized diagnostics such as crash logs may be collected to improve app stability. This data does not identify you.
2. What We Do Not Collect
We do not collect personal identifiers such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location data, contacts, advertising identifiers, or payment information.
3. How We Use Information
Information is used solely to provide Bloomora’s features, generate plant-related insights, deliver localized recommendations, and maintain app performance and reliability.

Submitted images or text may be processed by third-party AI services only to fulfill your request. These services do not store, reuse, or associate your data with an identity.
